4. Airport Transfers and Flight Information
For airport transfers, customers are responsible for providing accurate flight information.

Customers should contact JapanLimo as soon as possible if their flight information changes.
Flight delays, cancellations, airport restrictions, traffic conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect transportation schedules.
5. Pickup and Waiting Time
Passengers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
For airport pickups, the applicable waiting period will depend on the service and booking terms communicated at the time of reservation.
Additional waiting charges may apply after the included waiting period.
For non-airport pickups, customers should be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Delays caused by passengers may result in additional charges or, where necessary, cancellation of the service.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Cancellation and modification policies may vary depending on the service, booking type, timing, and applicable fare conditions.
Customers should contact JapanLimo as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel a reservation.

7. No-Show Policy
If a passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location within the applicable waiting period and cannot be contacted, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.

8. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must:

Vehicle luggage capacity is limited. Customers should provide accurate information about the number and size of their bags when making a reservation.
JapanLimo is not responsible for personal belongings that are left unattended or forgotten in a vehicle, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering lost property.
10. Vehicle and Driver Assignment
JapanLimo may assign a suitable vehicle and professional driver based on availability, passenger numbers, luggage requirements, and the services included in the reservation.
In certain circumstances, JapanLimo may substitute a vehicle of similar or appropriate specifications.
Specific vehicle requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
11. Service Delays and Unavoidable Circumstances
JapanLimo will make reasonable efforts to provide transportation services at the agreed time.
However, we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
