Japan Premium was an excellent choice. They are punctual and very attentive to your needs and schedule. They were always checking in and confirming appointments. I highly recommend their services. Their vehicles were clean and well maintained. Thank you Stephanie we look forward to using your service again.

Excellent service! I was traveling with a connecting flight, and my first flight was delayed, causing me to miss my second one. At that point, I had no idea when I would finally arrive in Tokyo. Throughout the whole situation, the manager stayed in touch with me, monitored my flight, and kept track of my arrival. When I finally landed, the driver was already there waiting for us.The communication was always polite, professional, and reassuring. I highly recommend this service!

I was able to hire Japan Premium Limousine for my airport transfers in Osaka. Stephanie was my contact and her communication skills were amazing. She updated me through the whole process and made sure I found my driver each time. Mr Mizuki was my driver for both trips and he was a very professional, cordial, and punctual driver. The Mercedes V Class was clean and very comfortable. They will continue to be my chauffeur service of choice for my next trip to Japan. I highly recommend them.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience in Osaka and Tokyo. The drivers were so kind, helpful and attentive to our needs. They drove us all over Osaka, Kyoto, Nara,Kobe, Kamakura and Tokyo. The drivers were always early in picking us up and so helpful on our airport trips. Thank you especially to Jack and Neo and to Stephanie for always being so responsive with my last minute changes. We loved our trip to Japan and Jack and Neo made it that much better.

We used Osaka Limo to take us from Kyoto to Osaka and stopping at Nara Park. Our driver Tony gave us excellent service. He was very punctual and accommodating and was a lot of help fitting our luggage and telling us how to go about Nara. He was also very nice and stopped at 7Eleven for us. Very recommended!

Great English communication. We were greeted with a sign at the airport. The driver helped us load our luggage. The drive was not stressful and he was not rushing to our destination. Very good first start of our trip! We will be using the service again when we return. Thank you!

We were very pleased with our day trip from Osaka to Kyoto. The company communicated well after booking, and confirmed details with us to make sure they met our needs. We booked on short notice and they were able to accommodate. The driver arrived early, the van was very comfortable and our driver, Kong, was incredibly helpful and an excellent driver.
